Ambition of Afzal Wahla:

It has been the ambition of Afzal Wahla to create a new direction in the European and U.S. restaurant market place and to this end he and his brother have successfully opened four very different restaurants in the central belt of Scotland and in the Metropolitan capital area (Washington, D.C. Metro area) of the United States.

Our History:

Planet India, located in Stirling,Scotland, was opened to cater for a more modern and younger clientele and its composition cafe styling and ambiance.

Minjah cuisine, located in Airdrie, Scotland was designed to appeal to more discerning customer and is based on classic Indian themes and colors and proved to be a great success for the Wahla family.

Sanam, located in Falkirk Scotland, is a typical traditional restaurant combining a relaxed atmosphere with excellent Indian cuisine.

Genuine Expertise:

For some time the Wahla's have been keen to explore very different directions in the market place and this enthusiasm has not only proved to be exciting but successful as well.
